The Red Dickens Dress

This was my second year at Cuthbert's Tea Shoppe and for the occassion, I decided to make a more practical costume. The Blue Plaid is a great dress, but the pagoda sleeves were constantly in the way. Another draw back was that I couldn't just throw the blue dress in the wash. Finally, I needed something more "Christmasy" (don't get me started on "christmasy"...). I found a red cotton print that I thought fit the bill, and decided to give Simplicty 7212 - View B a try. This is the result!

For the record, I really liked the pattern. :)
